Lumina walked the streets quietly as she was in a short white strapless dress that was purple on the sides with flowers painted all over the skirt of it. Her feet were dress in purple slip on shoes as her long white to pink hair was tied back into a bun still. She changed out of that uniform for the state military as quickly as she was off duty. The woman was not going to wear it on her time. She cracked her neck from tilting her head side to side as a few people did give her funny looks now and then even when she was in uniform from her red eyes. Yet she was only half, her pale skin and white -pink hair would show it.
Mina sighed as she put her hands behind her back stopping in her tracks and looking at the sky. she looked like a cilivan instead of military. The woman sighed as she walked into a store buying a few things to cook herself lunch and dinner before walking out with two bags on her left arm. she then turned and walks towards where she was living and was about to head inside the apartment building when she caught a glimpse of a man with red eyes and white hair " red?" she said lowly as she looked towards the man wondering if it was the boy she crushed on as a child. He was a bit mean at first but then turned out to to be so bad. Until she was taken away and moved to another city with her father.

There wasn't much left to do in this place. Red had already found out that he wasn't very liked in Central. Every mercenary tried to stay away from here, but Red was a daredevil, if you could even put it that way. If there was a chance, he'd take it. Surprisingly he was still alive here today, and the transmutation array on his arm proved that he was fine with taking a chance. It was possible that if he even got one marking wrong he could have deconstructed his arm instead of what he touched. That would have been bloody brutal, literally.
The day was normal, like any other. People stayed clear of him, and he stayed clear of people. There wasn't the need for him to be social, he was here on his own personal duties. He had to eat to live, so buying food was imperative. The shops around Central were pretty much the most busiest and best in all of Amestris, at least to Red's standards. There wasn't many other places that shared the same kind of supplies around, and it was always odd for him to show up there.
After buying most of his 'groceries' he had time to stroll around. Dropping them off at his own vehicle, he decided to roam around a bit. It had been forever since he came to these parts, so everything was a bit nostalgic. It made him feel at peace a tad, so he felt like he could easily reminisce. Central had clearly changed since everything that had happened. Red's plans for it would definitely make it worse off than it already was, but that was far off from now. Right now, he just wanted to scope out the area, perhaps see some things from his childhood.
"Red?"
He heard a voice call out his name, his ears twitched at the sound. Another person who's trying to give me a job on my day off? Tch. he tilted his head as he thought, looking in the direction of the voice. It was a lone woman, and why had she called Red by his name? He should have figured it wasn't for a job, everyone called him "Scream," he hadn't heard the name "Red" for awhile. It was more odd than usual.
"Do I know you?" his voice rang out, harsh and cold like always.

Lumina smiled lightly as she rubbed the back of her head." Red it's you right? Do not be so rude. It's me Lumina.. or Mina.." she smiled more running closer to him showing her red eyes to his as she looked him directly in his eyes placing her hands on her hips..She sighed lightly as she rubber her hand down her dress fixing a few wrinkles as her hair was still back in the military style of a bun as she sighed looking at him.
She wondered why he was so cold in his voice, it was different from what she remembered, but his eyes, nose, cheeks, and hair was the same, he was Red Mercer, the man she grew up with for a while out here before she was moved away by her father. She smiled a bit more as a light blush showed on her cheeks, she was still like the child she was before though she isn't clinging onto to his arm. Lumina sighed has she placed her hands behind her head taking the bun down letting her long wet straight hair fall down as she sighed looking towards Red again in his eyes.
" We were friends has kids around here, went to school together for a bit. Lumina Kyle is my name. I was like you... Half and half.." she said gently as she scratched her head before placing her hands back on her hips as she watched him hoping he would remember.

Taking a step back, he leaned forward, trying to remember the woman. Nothing came to mind, and she began to annoy him with her pestering. "I have no idea who you are," he said, as he turned and began to walk in the other direction. There was no need for him to pay her any mind, there was nothing he could say to her. Red had blocked her out of his memories. She was gone, dead to him.
There was no more childhood friends, no more Mina. She had left long ago, taking the last bit of kindness he ever felt toward people with her. Had she not cared, or perhaps she didn't know how she had caused this negative atmosphere that followed him? His steps were always heavy, and he had to walk in them alone. Everyone would pay for what they did, and then in the end, so would he.

Lumina grumbled as she ran after him grabbing on to his left arm before moving in front of him and facing him. " My butt, your eyes say different. You know, I had NO CHOICE on leaving. If we go back to my place I can tell you why red, And Maybe make you some dinner, how about that?" she asked smiling before waving lightly at someone who walked past them in uniform who waved at her.
Mina then sighed as she let go of his arm and shook her head a bit before crossing them under her chest making it puff out a bit more as she huffed lightly before sighing and looking at the sky then top Red as she glanced into his Red eyes once more. She did not live with her father after all anymore she had her own apartment. A Place away from her father and his chaos. " I have my own place, It you just let me tell you what happened you wouldn;t say what you are.. Besides I hate it when people lie to my face. If you want to lie then give me a call at work." she rolled her eyes lightly as she waited to see how Red would react.
She moved closer to him, grabbing him and trying to keep him still. The possibility of her keeping him back was limited, he could kill her at any second. There was no one in this country who could oppose Red, and right now was no different. Red actually legitimately blocked her from his memory, and she didn't seem to want Red to leave.
Clenching his fist, his mind went straight for his tattoo. Rip off her arm and walk away? There'd be no way for it to be linked to him? He was wearing his sleeved jacket, so it wasn't possible for her to see his tattoo. It'd be easy to just leave her crippled and walk away. Then, something caught his eyes. An officer walked by, and seemed to know this woman. Her words after that seemed to mean something as well. Putting two and two together, he was able to put together who she was. The fact that her hair was in a bun meant she was probably in a high class establishment, since he was in Central and it was government and military dominated, so perhaps this could be interesting.
Red's mind clicked, and a plan arose instantly as he moved a step away from her. His lips curled into a devious smirk, as he hid his expression with his hair. "Lumina, you said?" he asked, returning her gaze. Leaning toward her, he gently shoved her against the wall beside them, moving in closer. "Are you perhaps... in the military?" he leaned in closer to her ear. Red knew what he was playing at, he had his appeal when he wanted it. Perhaps he could get something out of this woman yet, she seemed to know and adore him. That would prove useful.

Lumina found heralded against the wall and his head by her ear as he spoke her hands moved over the side arms behind her back. " yes I am. A privet actually. Father made me join from reveling against him." She said quickly as she clicked the safety's off and moved her guns to her sides letting him know she had them. " can you back up and not crowd me so much"
She said as she was blushing but could not get that smirk he wore on his face out of her mind. She knew he was dangerous why coul she not run? The woman trusted red like she did as a child she crushed on him. " what brought you here? Did you move back as well red? And Mina Kyle is fine or just Mina. Either works even lumina " she said softly before she rubbed the back of her head placing one side arm back holding onto the other as he hand covered the transmuation circle that was engraved on both guns.
Mina then sighed as she turned her head towards where his was " mind giving me breathing room or am I stuck against a wall for now "
There was a moment of hesitation, the guns flashed in his eyes and he felt weak for a moment. His pride kicked in and instantly, he placed his hand over hers. Leaning in closer to her, pressing his body against hers. Taking her hand, he placed the barrel of the gun against his shoulder. His hands were shaky, but he didn't let her see his fear of that accursed item.
"If you're going to flash something, you should at least use it." his voice rang into her ear, and his breath even rubbing against her neck as he leaned over her shoulder. The smile was now gone, and he had more of a serious tone. Luckily, Red had read her too quickly and too well. She had some sort of attachment to him, and he had no idea why. Though he would ride this wave for as long as he could.
"So, go ahead. Shoot me, Mina," his voice was warmer this time, as he leaned back to gaze at her. Perhaps to soften her up a bit as he gently moved his hand down her other arm.

Lumina watched him as she felt his hand touch her her face turned red as she held her breath for a second only to find her gun one of them in his shoulder as she shook her head at his words before noticing his hand was shaking. Mina then pulled her hand away as she put her gun away looking in his eyes before she felt his breath on her neck as she flinched a bit blushing more.
Mina has never had a guy this close because she had red eyes most ran away from her all but military men who would never speak to her out of uniform " no I won't unless you give me a reason too red. Can we go somewhere and talk... People are looking at us " she said lowly as people walking by where muttering things glancing over at him and Mina with her still pinned to the wall. Mina sighe and tried to move to the right and out from being pinned to the wall by red.

Taking his hands off her, he took a small step away from her. Looking her up and down, she had the correct reaction, and her body told all of her secrets at this point. With another step backward, he gave her the space she wanted. Thinking back, he remembered his groceries, but luckily none of what he bought could go bad. Red swayed back and forth for a moment, a smile spreading across his face as he slid his hand through his hair.
"Ahh, somewhere private? With me? Do you think that's a wise decision?" he asked, taking a moment to give her ample time to react. Deep down he felt like he did know this woman, and it was ticking in the back of his head ever since he smelled her fragrance. The fact that she knew him helped this theory, but it wasn't exactly helping. Why had she shown up here, anyway? How was it possible for someone to even know him by his first name? Either people knew him as Scream, or not at all.
"What if I'm not this Red person?" he asked, taking a slight step toward her again. She seemed to have moved slightly further away from him since he pushed her against the wall. "and who cares what these people think? In their eyes, we're just two lovers showing their PDA," his voice was a bit more welcoming this time, slurring his words together perfectly.
