Lumina sighed as she walked around central in her uniform annoyed a bit that she had to wear it today. It was un comfortable, the skirt and all She wished the military and her father would let her wear some damn pants. Even her black little dress shes wore now and then was more comfortable than this. She sighed as her long white at the roots that faded down from white- light pink- to a darker pink hair was tied back into a braid that was then twisted into a bun. Her red eyes glanced around as she blinked a bit before looking up at the sky.
She was privet with the State Military, and alchemist that was not allowed to say she was by her father's orders. She kept it a hidden secret from the military. Yet her dual pistols had transmutation circles engraved in them. Lumina sighed as she then scratched her head putting her hands behind her neck grumbling as she walked around thinking of a place to stop and eat before heading to her father's home. He was back in Central after all and wanted his daughter to come back home instead of living on her own.
Though because of him she disobeys orders rather than following them, always getting chewed out over something she did or did not do. The young woman was thinking of disobeying this order as well seeing how she was an adult now and he could not send the Military police to drag her to his home.

Despite her protests to stay at work to finish a bunch of reports she had been working on for days, Phee had been ordered to go home and get some rest. With her papers and notes shoved into her bag, which was tucked under her arm, Phoebe left the Central Command building in a huff. She couldn't believe they wouldn't let her pull another all-nighter at the office so she could finish them off. Okay sure, the reports weren't due for a few more days, but Phoebe wanted to finish them ASAP so she could start on the next lot. With a heavy sigh of defeat, Phoebe walked down along a main street, scuffing her boots against the sidewalk and kept walking until she came to a bakery.
Pausing for a moment, she stopped and stared at the store window. Inside were freshly baked loaves of bread and other baked treats. Phoebe licked her lips and quickly ducked into the bakery, buying a loaf of bread and one of those delicious apple danishes. Not waiting to wait until she got home to eat, Phoebe started to eat her danish before the bakery's door had even closed behind her. A smile crept onto her face as she savoured the sweet taste of the baked delicacy - it was just what she needed to 'sweeten' her mood.
Once the danish had been demolished, including the remains of the glaze that she had licked off her fingers, Phee reached into the bag under her arm and pulled out two items: a small cigarette case and a box of matches. But to her dismay, she had run out of matches! Swearing under her breath as she frantically searched among the paper and hand-written notes in her bag, she eventually gave up and stopped to lean against the wall. Phoebe was about to give up and put her cigarette box away when she spotted a pink and white haired girl who also appeared to be apart of the military. A Private to be exact, or so it seemed by the look of her uniform's shoulder markings. She also looked like the rebellious type, so it was possible that maybe she too had some matches for her own cigarettes. Well... Phoebe hoped she was a smoker.
Clearing her throat, she left her spot against the wall and made a b-line towards her. "Excuse me ma'am, you wouldn't happen to have some spare matches would you?" she asked in a polite, yet bland kind of tone whilst she gave the girl a small salute.

Lumina stopped in her walking as she looked at the woman who spoke and was moving at her. A sigh escaped her lips when she did a quick salute as she did so back lightly before rolling her eyes towards the saluting. God it was annoying. as Match eh? She heard the woman as for as Lumina then rubbed the back of her neck laughing lightly.
' No actually, I do not have a match, unless a gun can help you light the Cig. Otherwise I am afraid your out of luck on asking me." She said softly before looking back up at the sky before at the woman with the blond hair, she seemed older than Lumina though she herself was only nineteen years old. She then sighed and hit herself on the left side of her head. " Sorry It's just not a good day, I really did not mean to snap at you. Did you try a store maybe? They have matches now and then though some around here may be out. After all there are quite a bit of smokers."
she said softly before placing her hands behind her back watching the woman closely as she then rubbed her neck again before looking into the woman's eyes and speaking." Names Privet Lumina Kyle, and who might you be?" she asked as she extended her left hand out to shake it smiling happily.

Slightly taken back by the girl's snappy retort, Phee stared in shock. Jeez, she was only asking for a single match to light her cigarette. It wasn't like she asked her for a large sum of money or something. Biting her tongue, she somehow stopped herself from spurting insults at the private and put on a smile once the girl apologised. "Eh. No worries, sorry for bothering you over something as silly as a match." she said with a small chuckle as she shook Lumina's hand, "I'm Sergeant Major Phoebe Fisher. It's nice to meet you Private Kyle."
She looked the girl up and down, instantly noticing her red pupils. The girl surely had some Ishvalan blood in her, and that made Phoebe suddenly more interested in her. But even with Phoebe's curiosity begging for her to ask the girl the details of her heritage, she decided to stop herself. She had only met the poor girl after all and it would be awkward (and not to mention rude!) to ask her so suddenly.
With a sweet smile and a small laugh, she said, "Yeah, smoking seems to be quite a popular trend. And you'd think that a fellow smoker would have a spare match on them, but they never do. Jerks. I swear they're just lying half the time." Phoebe then rubbed the back of her neck and glanced away, "So. What division do you work under? If you don't mind me asking."

Lumina rubbed the back of her head ad she heard the woman's title sergeant major she was up there like her father was " I am really sorry about snapping dragnet major fisher mam though if I did smoke I would of given you a match at least" she smiled as she closed her red eyes only to open them back up as she sighed lightly. She wished she could say alchemist but that was hidden from everyone her father the jerk made sure of it. " I am just a foot solider actually, never been assigned anywhere really just told to go here and there " she said gently hoping not to snap again lumina bit her tongue lightly before looking around for a shop thinking of a place where matches or a lighter could be found.
" have to tried a shop? We can check if you would like. It won't take too long" she smiled as she pulled her bun undone as she had no hair tie in her hair. The long white to pink hair fell above her waist still slightly damp from a shower earlier as it was curled from being twisted around tightly. " I won't get yelled at for my hair being down will I? It's just it hurts to pull it back for too long on my head. But I have not been assigned a division before my father forced me to join thinking it would stop me from disobeying his orders " she smiled showing that that did not work one bit at all this nineteen year old was a rebel with her father and the military always disobeying an getting yelled at here and there bit not getting punished to badly. She was her fathers daughter after all and in many ways like Her poor dead mother.
"Like I said, it's quite alright. I'm not that high enough in rank to issue punishments or anything. Though yet again you did just catch me after eating a sweet danish, so bless your lucky stars." She said with a small laugh as she smiled at Lumina. Phee wouldn't admit this aloud to the girl, but if she had been of higher rank or in a worse off mood, then she would have definitely sought out her superiors and issued a complaint. Since her training as a simple military policewoman, it had been drilled into her head that she was to give those in higher ranks the upmost respect or she would be disciplined. Thus in her mind, it should be no different to the rest of the military.
But she would keep her mouth shut for now since the girl did seem rather apologetic (and not to mention she could be part Ishvalan). Phoebe took a quick glance at the watch on her wrist and turned to the girl. "Well I guess I have enough time to stop by a store to buy some..." she spoke, shrugging her shoulders a little, "And I wouldn't mind the company too." She smiled at the girl and gave her a small nod. Phoebe then began to walk in the direction of the nearest store, assuming the girl was following close by.
When Lumina asked if she would be yelled at for letting her hair down, Phee just raised an eyebrow, followed by another shrug of the shoulders, "Possibly. I wouldn't recommend it since you're still in uniform, but matters of personal appearance and uniform aren't something that I take much interest in so I won't report it." When she mentioned she wasn't part of a division, Phoebe assumed she was something to do with being a foot soldier or perhaps something to do with artillery handling. "Ahhh. So your father is part of the military? My father was too." Phoebe chuckled, smiling a little as she thought of her father for a moment. "Except I guess the only difference between us is that I enlisted on my own accord."
She then cleared her throat and decided to let her curiosity get the better of her, "Speaking of family... you wouldn't happen to be part Ishvalan would you?"
